Hold on to a bar (or doorway) with one hand, keep your legs together and then lift the leg sideways as high as you can. Change legs. This is also good for your inner thighs.
This one is easy but very effective. You lie on your back with your feet flat on the floor and your legs at a 45 degree angle. You then lift your butt as high as you can while squeezing your buttocks hard. As always, repeat until this gets difficult.
